Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Log into your account
  • Go to "Order History"
  • Select the order you want to return
  • Click "Return Item"
  • Select the reason for return

Step 2: Package Item

  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • Include all original items and accessories
  • Attach the return label to the package
  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels

Step 3: Ship Return

  • Drop off at your local post office or shipping center
  • Keep the tracking number for your records
  • Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • International returns may take longer to process

Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
  • Items damaged by customer are not eligible for return
  • Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number in the email
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement will be processed
